You will need to have physical fitness to hike into the jungle in the thick vegetation which is slippery and muddy. Don’t forget to wear thick jeans, walking shoes, long sleeved clothes and gloves in order to protect yourself from any difficulties. Remember these are rainforests and any time it can rain, protect your cameras and the rest of the things.
