Murchison Falls National park:
Murchison falls National Park is the oldest National park in the world. This place is a 700 seat amphitheater where you can as well enjoy dinner with beautiful colorful energy that displays the culture of Uganda Tribes.
Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park
Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park is located in the southwestern part of Uganda. Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National park is a home to the world’s endangered mountain Gorillas species. The park welcomes a big number of visitors a day who visit the mountain Gorillas in their natural habitat. The park and its surroundings possess a number of lodges for accommodation where you can rest off from the gorilla trekking experience.
Queen Elizabeth National Park
Queen Elizabeth National Park located in the western part of Uganda is one of the parks you don’t want to miss when you visit Uganda. Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary is located In Nakasongola, is a home to Uganda Wild Rhinos. There are amazing scenic nature walks, canoe cruises you can be involved in and as well see the Antelopes, crocodiles, hippos and many more other things and bird species.
While visiting the national parks in Western part of Uganda it’s a great opportunity standing in two hemispheres and Uganda is one of the few countries in the world where the Equator crosses around the world. The best land mark of the equator is found in Uganda on Kampala-Masaka Road, where there are few restaurants and craft shops. The other land mark is found along the Mbarara high way.
Rwenzori Mountain National Park
Rwenzori mountain National park is a world heritage site which offers stunning scenarios of rivers, lakes, waterfalls, glaciers, bird species, geckos, chameleons, culture visits and many more.
Mount Elgon National Park
Mountain Elgon is found in the Eastern part of Uganda, offering landscapes, wildlife and many activities . There are dense evergreen and bamboo forests where one can view the waterfalls, stunning, primates including blue monkeys and many more.
Lake Bunyonyi is one of the deepest crate lakes in the world and it’s a place of many bird species with over 20 islands, surrounded by terraced hillsides, charming shore and the lake attracts a number of people across the world.
Semiliki National park
Semiliki National Park is one of Uganda’s new small national parks it’s an amazing beauty with plenty of attractions including the famous Sempaya Hot springs. The water keeps boiling into a steamy spray, hike through the forest areas and see the bird species, primates such as red-tailed monkeys, antelopes and many more.
The falls are magnificent waterfalls their incredibly beautiful sceneries there located outside Kampala and it has a cultural history. Buganda people have a history of woman who visited the falls and were blessed with child birth.
Sipi Falls is located in Eastern Uganda near the border of Mount Elgon National Park. There three waterfalls in the area offering the best views.
