The 7 days Masai Mara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater safari is an amazing adventure that starts from Nairobi, Kenya and ends in Arusha Tanzania. The safari will take you to different national parks including Masai Mara national park in Kenya, Ngorongoro conservation area and Serengeti national park in Tanzania where you will be able to enjoy views of animals like elephants, buffaloes, lions, leopards, hippos, zebras, warthogs, giraffes, wildebeests, elands, cheetahs, gazelle, dik dik among others during the game drives.

Detailed itinerary
Day 1: Pick up and transfer to Masai Mara national reserve, evening game drive
Depending on your location on the first day of the 7 days Masai Mara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater safari, you will be welcomed by our driver guide from the airport or hotel, brief you about the safari and then start the journey to Masai Mara national reserve with en-route lunch and stunning views of the landscape, scenery, rift valley escarpments among others. Upon arrival, you will go for an evening game drive where you will be able to view different animals like elephants, buffaloes, zebras, giraffes, lions, elands among others. After the game drive, you will drive to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Full day game drive in Masai Mara
After an early breakfast on the second day of the 7 days Masai Mara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater safari, you will meet up with your driver guide to go for a full day game drive in the reserve where you will be able to view various animals like buffaloes, rhinos, gazelle, elephants, elands among others grazing in the open savannah plains, view predators like lions, leopards, hyenas, cheetahs among others. In the middle of the day, you will have a picnic lunch and then continue with the afternoon game drive where you will be able to view other wildlife species. After the game drive, you will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Morning game drive and Maasai cultural tour
After an early breakfast on the third day of the 7 days Masai Mara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater safari, your driver guide will pick you up from the lodge to go for another morning game drive where you will be able to view some of the animals that you might have missed during the previous game drive.
After the game drive, you will return to the lodge for lunch where after you will go for an interesting Maasai cultural tour where you will be able to interact with the Maasai people, learn about their culture, tradition, way of living, enjoy their traditional performance among others. After the cultural tour, you will drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Transfer from Masai Mara to Serengeti national park
On the fourth day of the 7 days Masai Mara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater safari, you will have an early breakfast, checkout of the lodge with your packed lunch and meet up with your driver guide to start the journey to Serengeti national park. The journey takes about 5 hours’ drive to Isibania, the border crossing between Kenya and Tanzania and from the border it also takes about 5 hours’ drive to Serengeti national park with stunning views of wildlife and highlands on the way. Upon arrival in the park, you will proceed to the lodge for an evening relaxation, dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Full day game drives in Central Serengeti national park
After an early breakfast on the fifth day of the 7 days Masai Mara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater safari, your driver guide will pick you up from the lodge to transfer to central Serengeti for a full day game drive where you will be able to view animals like buffaloes, elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, hippos, gazelle, jackals, view various bird species among others. You will have a picnic lunch in the wilderness and then proceed with the game drive where after you will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 6: Transfer to Ngorongoro conservation area – Olduvai Gorge
On the sixth day of the 9 days 7 days Masai Mara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater safari, you will have breakfast, check out of the lodge and meet up with your driver guide to transfer to Ngorongoro conservation area. You will have a stopover at Olduvai Gorge where you will be able to learn about the historical findings of Dr Louis and Mary Leaky and then proceed to the conservation area for a game drive on the crater rim where you will spot different wildlife animals like giraffes, listen to bird species in tree branches, enjoy the cool and quiet environment among others. After the game drive, you will connect to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 7: Ngorongoro crater drive and departure to Arusha
After breakfast on the last day of the 7 days Masai Mara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater safari, you will meet up with your driver guide to go for a drive to the Ngorongoro crater where you will descend 600 meters into the crater for a game drive where you will be able to spot animals like buffaloes, zebras, warthogs, wildebeests, elephants, dik dik, lions, leopards, hyenas among others, you will also be able to view bird species like the flamingos among others.
After the crater drive, you will drive out of the park to transfer to Arusha with views of animals on the way. Upon arrival, your driver guide will drop you off at the airport for your departure flight or drop off at any place of advise.
